Important Information
The purpose of this workshop is to have intense discussions on current problems in neutrino physics. The format of the workshop is the following: Each half day session starts with a review of a given topic by a leading expert and the rest of the session will be devoted to discussions on the outstanding issues related to this topic. The discussions will be coordinated by a discussion leader.
