Instructions for Presenters

Presenters of oral presentations will be given a total of 20 minutes for their presentation. Speakers are requested to plan their talk such as to allow 4-5 minutes at the end for a brief question-answer/discussion session.

Presenters of posters are requested to make their posters of A1 (or smaller) size. The posters should be put up before the start of the symposium and must remain displayed throughout the duration of the symposium. Presenters must be present with their poster during the poster session. We request the presenters to collect their posters immediately after the end of the symposium.
